Alex W. Ramos, D.D.S.

Dr. Alex W. Ramos lived in Ellenville, New York before his family moved to San Sebastián, Puerto Rico when he was six years old. There he majored in the biomedical program at the University of Puerto Rico at Aguadilla. In 2005, he returned to the United States to pursue a career in dentistry and studied at Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry in Nashville, Tennessee, graduating in 2010. Upon earning his doctor of dental surgery degree, Dr. Ramos worked as an associate dentist in Wilmington, North Carolina from 2010 to 2012, then relocated to Charlotte where he became an associate dentist in a large group practice. Dr. Ramos and his wife, Dr. Milagros Diaz, opened up Infinity Dental Arts in May of 2014 in Indian Trail, North Carolina.
Dr. Ramos has received many awards and honors such as the Brasseler USA Award of Excellence, the Waterpik Prosthodontics Student, and the Whip Mix Corporation's 2010 Hanau "Best Award for Excellence in Prostodontics". He has also been recongnized by the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID), the International Congress of Oral Implantologist, Meharry Medical College Post-Baccalaureate Academic Excellence, and Who’s Who Among Students in America University and Colleges.
Dr. Ramos believes in the importance of life-long advanced education and attends national and international continuing education courses supporting his commitment to dental education. In 2012, he was certified by Georgia Regents University's AAID MaciCourses® in Atlanta, Georgia after completing a comprehensive training program in implant dentistry. The AAID program is among the most respected, comprehensive implant training programs, and is the first organization to be recognized in the implant dentistry field. He is currently a sustaining member of the AAID, the American Dental Association and the North Carolina Dental Society.
When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Ramos enjoys spending time with his family, as well as recreational sports including mountain biking, tennis, and golf.
Milagros Diaz, D.D.S.

Originally from San Sebastian, Puerto Rico, it is there Dr. Milagros Diaz received an associates degree in Science with honors from the University of Puerto Rico's College of Arecibo and bachelors degree of science in Medical Technology from the University of Puerto Rico's Medical Sciences Campus. After coming to the United States, she graduated top 10 in her class at Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry in 2009. Dr. Diaz followed up, in 2010, by completing a general practice residency at Meharry Medical College.
Dr. Diaz worked as an assocciate dentist in Wilmington, NC alongside her husband, Dr. Alex Ramos, before relocating to the Charlotte area where they opened Infinity Dental Arts in 2014 serving Indian Trail and the surrounding communities. Their practice is centered on the strong belief in the importance of life long advanced education in dental health and family denistry while providing cosmetic, implant and geriatric dentistry. She is an active member in the American Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, the North Carolina Dental Society, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
Some of Dr. Diaz's accomplishments and awards include OKU National Dental Society, National Dean's List, The Pierre Fauchard Academy International Honor Dental Organization, and Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and College Awards. Her personal interests include outdoor activiites such as mountain biking, spending time at the beach with her blessed family, listening to several styles of music, as well as watching comedy and action movies.
Lindsay Hoffman- Dental Hygienist
Born and raised in Pennsylvania, I moved to North Carolina in 2005 which is where I decided to pursue a degree in dental hygiene. I obtained my education and training at Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte. As a dental professional, I pride myself on providing comfortable, comprehensive, and detailed care to all of my patients. I spend most of my free time with my daughter out on dance competitions. When I have some free time from that; I enjoy trying new restaurants, taking on home improvement projects, and spending time with my family exploring the local community.
Ammy Patino- Office Manager
I was born and raised in Miami, FL and moved to Charlotte in 2011.I am married and have three children. I majored in Health Administration but I love working specifically in the Dental Field. I love what I do! For me, the ability to build and maintain connections with our patients is what makes coming to work every day a true pleasure. I know the ins and outs of Insurance and strive in helping our patients maximize their benefits. In my free time what I enjoy the most is spending time with my family and making memories with my children.
Yesi Rodriguez- Patient Coordinator
Born in Providence, RI and raised in Southwest Florida. I Moved to North Carolina in February 2016. I am a proud mother of a beautiful little girl. I am new to the Dental field but have loved every minute of being part of the Infinity Dental Arts team. I embrace my role as a Patient Coordinator because I love being able to help my patients feel welcomed and at ease before their visit. My goal is for patients to look forward to their appointment from the moment they schedule their appointment. My days off consist of fun times with my daughter. We enjoy baking, doing Arts & Craft and being an active member in our church.
Helen Michaca Silva- Lead Dental Assistant II
Abbey Horne- Dental Assistant I
I was born and raised in Charlotte, NC. I went to Porter Ridge High School and graduated in 2014. After graduating High School I realized I wanted to start my career in Dental Assisting. I got my certification at the Dental Assisting Academy of Charlotte. During my free time I love spending time with my family, friends, dogs and nephews. I am looking forward to becoming a stronger Dental Assistant.
Janina Valarezo - Dental Assistant II
I was born in Ecuador, South America and came to the United States in 1992. Prior to moving to North Carolina, I lived in New York where I attended La Guardia Community College and began my career as Dental Assistant. What I enjoy the most in dentistry is being able to help the Dentist help our patients receive the treatment necessary to restore their optimal oral health. On my free time I enjoy family outings with my husband Xavier and my two children. On the weekends, I love to prepare Ecuadorian recipes for my southern friends and having karaoke and dance nights at home with friends and family.
